Offices or Branch Setup

We can simply procure and build the IT infrastructure a new office requires; or we can additionally manage the entire setting-up project, dealing with trades people, procuring non-IT office equipment, implementing the telephone system, and generally making it easier for internal staff to move in and begin work immediately. We can create IT policies, standards, and procedures for new businesses; or for branch offices, follow those that already exist. We can also design networks and IT systems to the global level.

Define and Design

We follow formal project management training and experience to properly define all aspects of new IT projects. Even our basic proposals for small projects include simple project definition package contents. For those projects we manage, or where we provide the technical expertise only, we can design small or global technical plans down to the smallest detail, if desired.


Our consultants roll up their sleeves and get the job done. This can be anything from crawling under desks, dealing with suppliers, building servers, right up to continuing to manage the project and coordinating with entire departments internationally.

Documentation and Audit

Our normal projects will include documentation, but we can also be brought in to audit an existing infrastructure, and provide documentation.

Support and Fixes

We are also available for “quick fixes”, day to day support, or simply for senior-level technical advice or opinions.
